Scheduled Appointments:

Please bring your health card to your appointments.
We recommend checking in at the front desk 5-10min before your scheduled time.
New patients: Please fill out our New Patient Intake Form to help our doctors review your case.
Appointment times are estimates as we try to accommodate as much of your consultations in each appointment as reasonable.
Please call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel / reschedule appointments.
A limited number of same-day appointments can be booked starting at 9am to 4pm (Mon-Fri) and 10am-4pm (Sat).

Same Day Appointments:

Same Day Appointments on the same day are available to all patients, Monday to Saturday.

If there are available same day appointments, please call our reception at 204-560-4288 to book your slot. Otherwise, please check back later for updates.

Cancellation Policy: Same-day appointments that are canceled may incur a standard no-show fee of $40.

COVID-19 Policies:

We follow Manitoba’s COVID-19 safety guidelines.

We strongly advise wearing face masks when visiting.
Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entry.

Our Policies:

We recommend using Medeo for all confidential communication and online appointment booking requests.
With consideration for our other patients, we kindly request that you adhere to our scent-free environment policy.
Sorry, we do not prescribe narcotics for walk-in patients.
There may be a charge of $40 for missing an appointment. All cancellations are required to be made at least 24 hours ahead of time or will be considered a missed appointment.
We do not refill prescriptions over the phone. We recommend an appointment—either virtual or in-person—with your doctor to have prescriptions refilled.

Cancellation / Late Policy:

Missed appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time will result in a fee of $40.
